EQ: EQ Basics
We recommend all new users participate in this course prior to booking further training.
This session is suitable for users of both Foundation and Professional systems and will cover the following topics:
Overview of the supplier's screen
Adding & searching for customer records
Adding items to quick quotes
Adding items to furniture quotes
Viewing job costings
Accept to sales order
Entering payments
Placing purchase orders
Creating delivery notes

Other Information
For your online session to go as smoothly as possible we highly recommend that you have:
– Access to a PC with our software installed along with a good internet connection of at least 10mbps download.
– Speakers and microphone or suitable headset
– A second screen or tablet (iPad) to allow you to view our screen as we guide you through the process.
– Access to a suitable environment to be trained in (I.e. a quiet space)
Cancellation Rules
Full Payment is required with the signed order form. Payment can either be made by cheque or BACS
Should you wish to cancel the course we will require written notice within 48 hours before the start of the course, failure to do so may lead to you paying full price for this training seat again.
