Winner Flex Launch
Winner Flex is now available! Many of our customers have been very keen to get access to this new platform and we wanted to provide you with an update on how this roll-out is going. Over the last few months our product and support teams have been working hard to test and perfect the roll-out process and now we are confident that everything is ready to go for everyone to start moving to this fantastic new platform.
To ensure that customers have the best experience possible, we are going to be managing the migration of customers in a staged roll-out process. This means that we will be managing the migration of a set number of customers per week to ensure that the customer service teams are able to support you thoroughly.
Staged Roll-Out Process
We are going to start this process from 12th May 2021 and our sales and support teams will be in touch with customers to start this process. If you want to be part of the initial roll-out process, then please let us know by registering your interest, if you haven’t already:
Key changes
We want to ensure that the data being moved to the cloud platform is done smoothly and accurately, which is why we are implementing a staged migration of customer. These are the following key changes you will notice from the current way Winner Design works:
- User access. Every user will have a unique login to work with Winner, without the need for a dongle. This will enable you to work from anywhere and on any PC without the need to switch your license between multiple devices.
- Projects. All customer details and project information will be saved in the cloud and accessible in one place. You will no longer need your own server to manage and store this project data. To enable smooth migration, the initial load of projects will be limited to current projects that you are working on.
- Onsite surveys. You will be able to add images and notes while you are onsite with the customer so that you have everything in one project file to start work on when you begin designing.
