Partnerships

As our mission statement says, we consider it our mission to create ever more value for our customers by integrating different software products as well as integrating products with services, thus generating a high return on investment for every customer.

In the "strategy" section you can read how we have achieved this for products with services. As far as products are concerned we have been looking in the European market for top products that can be integrated with Winner. Our search has resulted in strategic participations in several companies. Please be advised that we are currently working hard to integrate a number of different products with Winner however this integration has not been fully achieved with all products nor is it ready to be marketed in all countries.

The following partnerships have been established over the last 18 months:

• HDK, Belgium: developer of process management software called BizServer, highly specific ERP software for the kitchen and bathroom branch and now integrated with Winner. HDK was 100% acquired by Compusoft in 2006.
  
  
• FurniTec GmbH, Germany: develop and support the tool (FurniCon) to register kitchen catalogue data in the (kitchen) industry format called IDM. FurniTec also develops and supports a number of other high-added-value products and applications for the furniture, kitchen and bathroom industries. Compusoft obtained a 49% stake in FurniTec in 2004 and today has the exclusive rights to distribute FurniTec products outside Germany. For more information about Furnitec see: www.furnitec.de.
  
  
• INNOVA Engineering GmbH, Germany: develop and support top range products for the bathroom industry such as a bathroom design program and the "WebPlaner" for end users that can be used in various branches. The "WebPlaner" is without doubt the most user-friendly web planner in the entire industry. We now also have a solution to integrate the designs from Innova’s "WebPlaner" in our own Winner application.
  
  INNOVA-engineering GmbH and Compusoft ASA have founded partnership distribution company with each of the two partners having an equal shareholding. This partnership company holds the exclusive rights to distribute all INNOVA products outside Germany. For more information about INNOVA products see: www.innova-engineering.de
  
  
• Cogito GmbH, Germany: is a very established supplier of ERP systems to the German furniture and kitchen retail industry; strategic partnership by fully integrating their solution with Compusoft’s Winner as the front-end solution.
